As loving parents, we all want what is best for our children. We look for ways to provide them security, health and happiness, and make sure they receive the best possible education.
What our generation somehow missed is the importance of our mental wellbeing. Only at a much later stage in life, we started to learn how to deal with stress management and focus on mindfulness. That is about to change. As the Dalai Lama famously wrote: If every child in the world would be taught meditation, we would eliminate all violence in the world within one generation.
That is why our children will go into history as The Rising Generation, that is, if we ensure that yoga and meditation becomes an indispensable part of their upbringing.

Protecting our precious planet
Protecting our precious planet is paramount in the development and production of our yoga essentials. Our ecological footprint is reduced to a minimum, using sustainably sourced natural materials and recycled packaging that is free of toxics. This philosophy does not only ensure our children the enjoyment of our beautiful nature as we know it, but it also teaches them to be mindful about our resources and respectful of our earth.
Natural
materials
We are committed to using natural and earth-friendly ingredients, free from PVC, silicone and phthalates. All of our yoga mats contain a natural rubber that is made from a runny, milky white liquid that oozes from certain trees and plants and is collected daily in a small bucket, without the health of the tree being affected. All printing is done with water-based inks.
Recycled
packaging
All of our packaging is made from recyclable or recycled materials, including he paper in all cardboard boxes, wrapping paper and promotional material. We opted not to include any plastic wrap around the yoga mats and use recycled paper instead.
No
airplanes
Our products are shipped by boat and collected in Switzerland. From there, we use ground transportation to deliver them to our official partners. We also calculate and compensate our CO2 emission by funding to plant trees with WeForest.

We are committed to supporting various projects supporting children in need and climate change mitigation efforts with 10% of our profits.

TADA
TADA is a non-profit organisation that provides supplementary, voluntary, motivational and society oriented education to children aged 10 to 14, who come from the most socioeconomically disadvantaged neighbourhoods. Over the course of three school years the TADA pupils discover diverse aspects of society in weekly experiential classes. Every Saturday the TADA pupils receive courses from inspiring professionals – volunteers – from all areas of the labor market, for example entrepreneurs, engineers, chefs, lawyers, and journalists.
Through experiential learning and courses on topics such as law or finances for kids, TADA shows kids what ‘later’ could have in store for them. By doing, these children not only get to know the greater society and the labor market, but they also discover themselves: what they’re good at and what they like. Their weekly yoga and meditation classes will be on the gorgeous yoga mats we were able to provide to them thanks to your purchase!
Weforest
In order to stay below a temperature rise of 2 degrees, we need to remove the excess carbon from our atmosphere. A simple nature-based solution exists. WeForest, backed by a scientific network, is growing a movement of small and large responsible companies committed to having a positive impact for people and for our planet.
