Our philosophy
The rising generation
What our generation somehow missed is the importance of our mental wellbeing. Only at a much later stage in life, we started to learn how to deal with stress management and focus on mindfulness. That is about to change.
That is why our children will go into history as The Rising Generation, that is, if we ensure that yoga and meditation become an indispensable part of their upbringing.

Guuzmind yoga mats are ideal for my little yogis: perfect kids size with fun prints and easy to clean and store. These mats have already provided hours of safe and relaxing fun, especially now that we are all spending more time inside!
